Data Deletion

To request deletion of your IKF Coach account, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include your name, organization if applicable, and a clear request to delete your IKF Coach account.

IKF Coach stores conversation history so users can continue mentoring and productivity workflows over time. You can delete available conversations from the product interface where deletion controls are provided, or request deletion through support.

If Gmail or Google Calendar is connected, you can disconnect those services from IKF Coach settings. Disconnecting removes the stored IKF Coach connection for that service and prevents further use from inside the app.

If NeoSapien is connected, you can disconnect it from IKF Coach settings. Disconnecting removes the stored IKF Coach connection for NeoSapien and prevents further NeoSapien memory retrieval from inside the app.

You can revoke Google access for IKF Coach directly from your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Revoking Google permissions immediately prevents IKF Coach from making further Gmail or Google Calendar API requests through that authorization.

• Account profile and onboarding information associated with your IKF Coach account.
• Stored conversations, coaching context, daily reports, and related application records where deletion is requested and legally permitted.
• Stored connection records and tokens for disconnected NeoSapien and Google services.
• Organization records where your organization administrator or applicable agreement authorizes deletion.

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or operational integrity. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Send deletion requests to [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing deletion.
