- Complete onboarding so IKF Coach understands your role, responsibilities, and priorities.
- Connect NeoSapien if you want memory-backed coaching and daily reports.
- Connect Gmail or Google Calendar only if you want IKF Coach to use those services for requested workflows.
- Start a conversation with a learning, coaching, planning, or productivity question.
Authentication issues
If Google sign-in fails, confirm you are using the intended Google account, refresh the page, and try again. If your account is blocked or awaiting approval, follow the on-screen access request instructions or contact support.
NeoSapien connection
NeoSapien is used for memory-backed coaching and daily report generation. If the connection is missing, reconnect NeoSapien from IKF Coach settings or complete the NeoSapien step during onboarding.
Google account connection
Gmail and Google Calendar connections are optional and require explicit OAuth authorization. If a connection shows as expired or missing required permissions, reconnect the service from IKF Coach settings.
Gmail permissions
Gmail permissions support requested email workflows such as searching relevant threads, reviewing thread context, listing drafts, creating drafts, and managing labels. IKF Coach uses Gmail data only for user-requested actions.
Calendar permissions
Google Calendar permissions support requested scheduling workflows such as reading events, checking availability, creating or updating events, deleting events, and responding to invitations.

- Why do daily reports need NeoSapien? Daily reports use NeoSapien memories as the primary source for performance coaching.
- Can I revoke Google access? Yes. Use IKF Coach settings or Google permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Is connected service data sold or used for ads? No.
- Is connected service data used to train public AI models? No.
