Terms of Service

By accessing or using IKF Coach, you agree to these Terms. If you use IKF Coach on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the service for that organization.

• Provide accurate account and profile information.
• Keep your account and device access secure.
• Use IKF Coach only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate business or learning purposes.
• Review AI-generated output before relying on it for decisions, communications, or commitments.

You may not misuse IKF Coach, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, violate another person's rights, or use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive output.

IKF Coach provides AI-generated mentoring, productivity support, explanations, summaries, and suggested actions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether it is appropriate for your use case.

IKF Coach integrates with NeoSapien only after you explicitly authorize access through the connection flow. The service uses authorized NeoSapien memory context only to provide requested coaching, performance review, execution analysis, and daily report features.

IKF Coach integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar only after you explicitly authorize access through Google OAuth. The service uses authorized Google data only to provide features you request, such as email context, drafts, labels, event review, scheduling, availability checks, and meeting follow-ups.

You may disconnect integrations in IKF Coach settings. You can also revoke Google access from your Google account permissions page at any time.

We aim to operate IKF Coach reliably, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes to third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

IKF Coach, including its product design, software, branding, and service materials, is owned by IKF or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for IKF Coach to operate and provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of IKF Coach.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or use the service outside authorized purposes. You may stop using IKF Coach and request account deletion at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
